Devrimci Anarşist Faaliyet, bundan 11 yıl önce bu topraklarda anarşizm mücadelesini örgütlü bir şekilde sürdürmek için kuruldu.
Biz devrimci anarşistler, 11 yıldan bu yana devletin her saldırısına rağmen gidebildiğimiz her sokağa gittik, toplanabildiğimiz her meydanda toplandık, ulaşabildiğimiz her ezilenin yanında olduk. Çünkü sokak bizdik, meydan bizimdi. Çünkü biz ezilenleriz. Mücadelemizi sadece sokaklarda, meydanlarda, eylem alanlarında sürdürmedik. Mücadelemizi yaşamsal olanın aynı zamanda politik olmasının da farkındalığıyla yaşadığımız evlerde, tartıştığımız toplantılarda, çalıştığımız her yerde sürdürmeye çalıştık. Ancak Devrimci Anarşist Federasyon olarak bunun sonunda istediklerimizi gerçekleştiremedik. Bugün gelinen noktada bunun sorumluluğunu alıyoruz.
Bütün bu süreçte biz de birçok hata yaptık ama hatalarımızda ısrarcı olmadık. Hatamızı kimi zaman kendimiz anladık, kimi zaman yoldaşımız anlattı; hatta kimi zaman bizimle aynı düşüncede olmayan insanların anlatmasıyla anladık. Samimiyetine güvendiğimiz hiçbir insana kulağımızı kapamadık. Ve her şeyden önemlisi hiçbir zaman özür dilemekten çekinmedik, özeleştirimizi verdik, mücadelemize devam ettik. Bu ister sabahın en erken saatlerinde her satırında bizim emeğimizin olduğu gazetemizi dağıtmak olsun, ister kar kış demeden gece yarılarından sabahlara kadar şantiyelerde grevlerde olsun, ister biber gazından göz gözü görmeyen sokaklarda olsun; biz mücadelemizi hep sürdürdük.
Geriye dönüp birbirimize baktığımızda rahatça görüyoruz ki bizi bir araya getiren birçok neden ve değer vardı. Yaşadığımız topraklarda iktidarlar tarafından halklar, kadınlar, işçiler, LGBTİ+’lar katliamlarla, pogromlarla, soykırımlarla, cinayetlerle defalarca yok edilmeye çalışılsa da iktidarlar bütün farklılıkları yok etmeyi başaramadılar. Ama biz milliyetçi ve militarist bu düzenin bir dişlisi olmamaya karar verdik.
Osmanlı Devleti’nin son yıllarından itibaren bu topraklarda varlık göstermeye başlayan anarşist örgütlenmeler Osmanlı Devleti’ni anarşizm karşıtı devletlerarası bir işbirliğine katılmak zorunda bırakacak kadar etkili oldular. Fakat yaşadığımız topraklarda anarşizm etkili bir hareket oluşturabilmek için yıllarca bekledi. Bu süre içerisinde devletin zulüm politikalarına karşı elinden geldiğince bütün muhalifler, devrimciler, özgürlükçüler ses çıkardı. Birçok sol, sosyalist parti kuruldu ama akla gelebilecek her türlü baskıya karşı olanaksızlıklardan çıkarılan olanaklara rağmen yıllar geçse de toplumsal devrimi gerçekleştirecek örgütlenmeye hiçbir hareket ulaşamadı. Devrimci anarşistler olarak biz bu sorunu, hiyerarşi ve otoritede gördüğümüz için sadece bu tespitle yetinmeyerek toplumsal devrimi gerçekleştirebilmek için örgütlenmeler oluşturmaya başladık.
Söz konusu anarşizm, yani insanın insana kul olmadan, hiç kimseden emir almadan ve hiç kimseye tahakküm kurmadan yani iktidarsız ve devletsiz bir yaşam kurmaksa, bize bunun her zaman imkânsız olduğu söylendi. Sistemin bir parçası olmayıp insanın kendisini gerçekleştirmesini sağlayabilecek alanları oluşturmak imkânsızsa, evet biz anarşistler imkânsızı istiyoruz. Dünyanın birçok yerinde anarşistler imkânsız denilen birçok eylemi hatta İberya’da devrimi gerçekleştirdi. Devrim kimileri için bir devletin yönetimini ele geçirmek olabilir ama bizim için devrim bundan çok daha farklı ve yıkmaktan çok daha ötesi. Biz sadece devrimi gerçekleştirmek değil devrimin kendisi olmak istiyoruz, bu nedenle biz en önemli olan şeyin sonuca ulaşmak değil sonuca giden yol olduğunun farkındayız.
Yolumuza devam ederken aştığımız her tümseğin, girdiğimiz her çukurun, ayağımıza değen her taşın bu yolun bir parçası olduğunu biliyoruz. Bu yolu yürümekten hiç korkmadık. Ve aynı zamanda biliyoruz ki girdiğimiz bu yol, bu tümsekler, bu çukurlar, bu taşlar bizi değiştirecek. Yola başlamadan önce hayal ettiğimiz dünyayı oluşturmaya çalışacağız ancak bu yolda devam ederken başladığımız kişi olarak kalmayacağımızı biliyoruz. Yeni bir dünya kurmak istiyor ve bu dünya için yaşıyoruz.
Bugün anlıyoruz ki “mücadelemize zarar gelmesin” diye mücadelemize zarar verdik. Yoldaşımızı daha fazla görmemiz, yoldaşımıza daha fazla sormamız gerekirken aldığımız cevaplarla yetindik, yetinmek istedik. Yanlış yaptık ve etkili olabileceğimiz zamanda yanlışlarımızla yüzleşmedik. Yanlışlarımızla yüzleşmedikçe onlar görünmez olmadı aksine başka yanlışlara yol açtı. Kavgamızı verdik ama açıkça belirtmek gerekir ki kavgamızı yeterince ve özellikle zamanında vermedik. Özeleştirimizi verdik, veriyoruz. Sorumluluğu kabul ediyoruz. Bunları yazarken her şeye rağmen bir şeyleri de değiştirdiğimize inandığımızı belirtmek isteriz. Ancak ilkelerimizle çeliştik! Yapılan ifşalardan sonra hemen herkes gerçeğin ne olduğunu sorarken söylemek gerekir ki gerçek, bireylerin özellikle kadınların devrimci anarşist bir örgütlenmede yer alırken yaşamaması gereken şiddeti, acıları, üzüntüleri yaşamış olmaları.
Yetersiz olduğunu yapılan ifşalarla ve yeniden değerlendirmelerimizde açık bir şekilde gördüğümüz yaptırımlar sonrasında yeni yaptırımlar uyguladık ama bunlarla yetinmiyoruz. Bugün geldiğimiz noktada Devrimci Anarşist Faaliyet, Lise Anarşist Faaliyet, Anarşist Gençlik’i ve bu örgütlerin kurucu bileşenleri olduğu Devrimci Anarşist Federasyon’u sonlandırıyoruz.
Yaşadığımız topraklardaki örgütlü anarşizmin bu sayfası kapanırken geriye dönüp baktığımızda şimdiye kadar yapmak istediklerimizin küçük bir kısmını yapabildik. Ve sistem hala insanları, doğayı ve tüm yaşamı tahakküm altına almaya devam ediyor. Yukarıda bahsettiğimiz toplumsal sorunlar ve bu sorunları yaratan koşullar varlığını sürdürüyor. Erkek şiddetiyle kadınlar, iş cinayetiyle işçiler katledilmeye devam ediliyor. LGBTİ+’lar cinsel yönelimleri, cinsel kimlikleri sebebiyle yok sayılmaya, nefretle katledilmeye devam ediliyor. Halklar katlediliyor, dilleri yasaklanıyor. Doğa sömürülüyor, katledilmeye devam ediliyor. Otorite ailede, okulda, kışlada insanları baskılıyor. Ezilenler daha fazla eziliyor. Kısaca mücadele ettiğimiz her şey yerli yerinde duruyor.
Anarşizm mücadelesinin örgütlü bir şekilde sürdürülmesi gerektiğini düşünen bizler yıkıntılardan korkmuyoruz; açılan yaralarımızı sarmak, kendimizle ve hatalarımızla yüzleşmek, birbirimizden güç almak, yüreğimizde taşıdığımız dünyayı konuşmak ve iktidarlara karşı mücadele etmek için bir araya gelmekten, birlikte mücadele etmekten vazgeçmeyeceğiz.
ENG: OUR DECLERATION
Revolutionary Anarchist Action was established 11 years ago to carry on the struggle for anarchism in this land as organized way.
We revolutionary anarchists went to every street we could go to, we gathered in every square we could gather, despite every attack of the state for 11 years, we stood by every oppressed we could reach. Because we were the street, the square was ours. Because we are the oppressed. We did not continue our struggle only in the streets, squares and action areas. With the awareness that the vital is also political, we have tried to continue our struggle in the homes we live in, in the meetings we discuss, and wherever we work. However, in the end, we as the Revolutionary Anarchist Federation could not achieve what we wanted. At the point reached today, we take responsibility for this.
We made many mistakes in this whole process, but we did not insist on our mistakes. Sometimes we realized our mistake, sometimes our comrade told us; we even understood it sometimes through the words of people who did not agree with us. We have not closed our ears to any person whose sincerity we trust. And most importantly, we never hesitated to apologize, we gave our self-criticism and continued our struggle. Whether it’s to distribute our newspaper in the early hours of the morning, in which every line is our work, whether it’s during strikes at construction sites from midnight to the morning before it’s snowy or winter, or on the streets that are blinded by tear gas; we have always continued our struggle.
When we look at our past, we can easily see that there were many reasons and values that brought us together. Although the governments tried to eradicate peoples, women, workers, LGBTI+s with massacres, pogroms, genocides and murders in the lands we live in, the governments failed to eradicate all differences. We have decided not to be a cog in this nationalist and militarist order.
Anarchist organizations that started to appear in these lands since the last years of the Ottoman Empire were so effective that they forced the Ottoman Empire to participate in an anti-anarchist interstate cooperation. But in the lands we live in, anarchism has waited years before it can form an effective movement. During this time, all oppositionists, revolutionaries and libertarians raised their voices against the oppression policies of the state. Many left and socialist parties were established, but despite the opportunities that were extracted from impossibilities against all kinds of oppression, no movement could reach the organization that would realize the social revolution, even after years. Since we, as revolutionary anarchists, see this problem in hierarchy and authority, we started to form organizations in order to realize the social revolution by not being satisfied with this determination alone.
We have always been told that it anarchism – establish a life without a man’s servant, without taking orders from anyone and without dominating anyone, without a state and without Power- is impossible. If it is impossible to create spaces that are not part of the system and that can enable people to realize themselves, then yes we anarchists want the impossible. In many parts of the world, anarchists carried out many actions that were considered impossible, even revolution in Iberia. For some, a revolution may be to take over the administration of a state, but for us, revolution is much more than that and much more than destruction. We want to be the revolution itself, not just to realize the revolution, so we are aware that the most important thing is not reaching the result, but the road to the result.
As we continue on our way, we know that every bump we pass, every hole we enter, every stone that touches our feet is a part of this road. We were never afraid to walk this path. And at the same time, we know that this road that we have entered, these bumps, these pits, these stones will change us. We will try to create the world we imagine before we start, but we know that we will not remain the person we started as we continue on this path. We want to establish a new world and we live for this world.
Today we understand that we harmed our struggle by the idea of “we do not want to harm our struggle”. While we should have seen our comrade more and asked our comrade more, we were content with the answers we received, we wanted to be contented. We made mistakes and we didn’t face our mistakes when we could have been effective. Unless we confronted our mistakes, they did not become invisible, on the contrary, they led to other mistakes. We gave our fight, but it should be clearly stated that we did not give our fight enough and especially on time. We gave our self-criticism, we give now. We accept responsibility. While writing these, we would like to state that despite everything, we believe that we have changed something. But we contradicted our principles! While almost everyone is asking what the truth is after the disclosures, it must be said that the truth is that individuals, especially women, have experienced violence, pain and sorrow that should not have been experienced while taking part in a revolutionary anarchist organization.
We have implemented new sanctions after the disclosures we saw them as inadequate and the sanctions we clearly saw in our reassessments, but we are not satisfied with these. At the point we have reached today, we are ending the Revolutionary Anarchist Action, High School Anarchist Action, Anarchist Youth and the Revolutionary Anarchist Federation, of which these organizations are founding components.
While this page of organized anarchism in the lands we live in is closing, when we look back, we have been able to do a small part of what we wanted to do until now. And the system still continues to dominate people, nature and all life. The social problems we mentioned above and the conditions that create these problems continue to exist. Women continue to be killed by male violence and workers by occupational murder. LGBTI+s continue to be ignored and murdered with hatred because of their sexual orientation and gender identity. Peoples are slaughtered, their languages are banned. Nature is exploited, it continues to be slaughtered. Authority oppresses people in family, school, barracks. The oppressed are oppressed even more. In short, everything we struggle against remains in its place.
Those of us who think that the struggle for anarchism must be carried on in an organized way are not afraid of the ruins; We will not stop coming together and fighting together to heal our wounds, to face ourselves and our mistakes, to gain strength from each other, to talk about the world we carry in our hearts, and to fight against the Powers.
